Casey Key Florida

Boca Grande Florida is located 40 minutes South of Sarasota.

The twisting, narrow road through Casey Key is a wonderful place to be. It winds along through lush tropical foliage mixed with breathtaking views of beach and bay. Multi-million dollar mansions intermingle with Cracker style cottages from days past and reflect the Island's history of luring people to it's coastline. It truly is a very special place.

Casey Key is an eight mile long barrier island located in Nokomis, Florida, 15 miles south of downtown Sarasota. With unparalled views of the Gulf, Bay or even both, Casey Key waterfront property is highly desirable and offers one of Florida’s most prestigious addresses. Numerous celebrities own beach houses on the island because of the island's reputation of being friendly yet private place. There are less than 400 residences, composed of both full time and part time residents from all over the world.

There are two bridges--one on the Northern end and one on the Southern which allow adequate access for residents. Residents on the north end of the island can walk the beach to Siesta Key over Midnight Pass. On the southern tip of the Key you will find the public beach at the Venice Jetty where fishermen cast their lines from the rocks and watch dolphin cavort in the channel. At the north bridge you’ll want to stop at the famed Casey Key Fish House where fresh fish and a cold beer are a must.
